Bayview 2 is now available as a two-bedroom apartment with 1 king and 1 double room (with en suite) and an additional main bathroom with bath and shower.
Stunning coastal views.
It has to date been priced as a one-bedroom please note there will be an extra cost as a two-bedroom apartment
It’s nearly January and with the new Oxford Vaccine having been approved perhaps we can look forward to getting back to some form of normality – So for those of you who have moved your bookings on to 2021 we look forward to welcoming you again – and to those who are thinking of booking we would suggest yoy start looking as we expect everyone will want to get away this year and the easiest option is a good old staycation in The Old Vicarage Penally.
Our stunning beaches and coastal path are waiting for you and we are sure the local restaurants will be just as pleased to see you – everyone has suffered over the last year -but we are all ready and waiting for your return – let’s look forward to a safe and prosperous 2021
We look forward to welcoming guests old and new
Covid – 19 and your stay
As everyone is aware these are difficult and unprecedented times to make your stay as safe as possible the following measures are in place, and we would also appreciate your help with some measures.
First and most importantly please do not travel if either you or any of your party show the slightest symptom of Covid -19 (high Temp, persistent cough, loss of taste or smell)
Our cleaning regime now means extensive use of Anti-viral disinfectants etc if you have an allergy to them again please do not travel – all accommodation providers will be doing similar things to keep you safe.
We would request now that check-in takes place after 4.30pm and departure where ever possible is now 9.30am. Entry to each apartment will be by key code keeping contact to a minimum
We have removed some soft furnishings, games, books etc and have also reduced kitchen equipment (if that causes a problem let us know and we will provide additional) so that everything is easily sanitised at change over.
While each apartment has a separate entrance there may be times when you will be with or near others – particularly in the Car-park please respect at least the minimum social distance. Please show patience when unloading or loading your car.
We would ask where possible on leaving all windows are opened and we would be grateful if all bed linen and towels be removed and left in the bath.
With regard to Refuse please try to minimise trips to the Waste and recycling area. There is a hand sanitizer station – please use on entry and exit – All bins are labelled to the appropriate apartment please only touch your own bin.
The Laundry /tourist information room will also have a hand sanitizer again please use on entry and exit – If you take a brochure to look at – please take it away with you do not replace on the information rack.
If you have any concerns regarding the above measures then please let us know – these may change when we receive guidance from the Welsh Assembly Government
We do want you to have an enjoyable and safe stay
Restrictions lifted from 13th July 2020 –
As each apartment has a separate entrance and is self enclosed we do not foresee any additional restrictions – we will of course have in place a thorough cleaning and disinfecting regime and will leave additional cleaning material for your own use. Currently looking at the regulation the Laundry room / tourist information area would be unavailable as that is shared – we will however ensure that each apartment has local information available. Each apartment will have ample disinfecting hand-wash provided
So if you want to guarantee a holiday for summer this year please don’t hesitate to contact us – or of course book online.
Kind Regards
Phil & Denise
Because of the current situation and under advice by the Welsh Assembly Government we have now had to extend our closure date to the 4th July 2020 – however that may extend – We are so sorry for guests Old and New and would hope that you will all stay safe through this unprecedented time – For those who have booked we will try to accommodate either later in the year or at a time that is suitable. We look forward to welcoming you back as soon as it is safe to do so.
We send our best wishes to all but particularly those who are helping to keep us safe and well – we have a fantastic NHS Lets hep them to help us – we know self isolation is difficult – but if we do it now it may shorten the time for everyone.
Best wishes to all and Stay Home, Stay Safe, protect the NHS and save lives
