The historic harbour town of Tenby, with its extensive facilities and attractions is about 1½ miles away, and its unspoilt South beach, a mile long stretch of golden sand, can be reached in less than ten minutes on a footpath through the sand dunes. Penally has a choice of two village pubs within an easy stroll- all providing warm welcome to families as well as serving lunches and evening meals. The nearby village shop will provide your daily requirements, and give you the chance to catch up on local gossip!

We're also open all year round — Penally retains it's charm throughout the winter, and our milder climate brings back more and more out-of-season visitors each year. Every apartment has full central heating making them a cosy retreat in the evenings. Tenby is one of the top places to visit for New Years Eve celebrations — and of course there is the Boxing Day swim in Tenby and New Years Day swim in neighbouring Saundersfoot for only the bravest amongst you!
