Seaview has new flooring, New bathroom amd some up grade to the furniture

Garden Cottage has had a new bathroom with a brand new seperate shower – looking good

Mews One has new Central Heating boiler – and an upgrade to the kitchen units

All other apartments are looking good just waiting for your return – or of course your first experience with us

Bookings are up with prime weeks moving rapidly – but because of Iron Man, the blues festival etc etcand of course the mild climate enquiries are high.

The world comes to Carmarthenshire this July with the third annual World Music festival, Ffestiva! – a celebration of the multi-cultural musicians living and working in Wales.

Headlining this year’s festival are the awesome Burum, a six-piece band of virtuoso performers, who fuse high-quality jazz with Welsh folk to create a powerful and evocative sound.

For those new to Penally, Tenby – we are only 1.5 miles from Tenby Town Centre  – but we do over look Tenby Golf Club – The Oldest Links course in Wales and for those Golfers amongst you  we are right in front of Trefloyne Golf club – a parkland course in fact there are at least 7 places to use your clubs within a 15-20 minute drive of The Old Vicarage.

A 10 minute walk from Tenby’s South beach and the beautiful   Pembrokeshire Coastal Path – fantastic coastal scenery its truly breath taking.  The blue flag beaches of Tenby and Saundersfoot  all close by are stunning and very ,very clean

Also within 10-15 minutes drive we have  Folly Farm adventure park and zoo, Manor Park Anna Ryder Richardsons zoo, Heatherton sports park, Oakwood Theme park, Horse riding, paint balling, quad biking, Coastering, lots and lots to do!! 

For those who want History we have castles Pembroke, Tenby, Carew in fact too many to name and with  Dylan Thomas precious Laugharne close by we can cover every cultural base.
