Easter Activities in South Pembrokeshire for all the family
Are you stuck for what to do over the Easter holidays this year? Why not come and visit South Pembrokeshire this Easter. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy the Easter break. And with loads of activities going on all-over Pembrokeshire there is going to be an activity to suit all the family.
Pembroke Castle
Pembroke Castle are hosting a whole range of exciting, kid-friendly activities for the whole family to enjoy. You could enjoy a living history fay on the 4th of April,on the 5th of April the Merrymakers theatre group are putting on shows based on the life in the castle, or on 6th April the Marrymakers are hosting a Pirate Day in the Castle grounds. Pembroke Castle is a fantastic spot, steeped in history – so why not take a step back in history and enjoy a family trip to one of Pembrokeshire’s best castles!

Stackpole Estate
National Trust owned Stackpole Estate is holding their own Easter Egg Hunt it the heart of our beautiful Pembrokeshire National Park. Follow the Cadbury Easter Egg Trail through magical woods and lanes and find your Easter Egg. There’s a children’s quiz trail in the farmyard and refreshments are available. The Easter Egg hunt at Stackpole Rock is great fun outdoor adventure for any age – as long as they like chocolate! The egg hunt is available from 3rd April – 6th April

Tenby Tudor Merchant’s House
Our very own Tenby’s Tudor merchant House is also hosting a National trust Cadbury’s Easter Egg Hunt! The Tudor Merchant’s House Easter Egg Hunt is a little bit different to the standard chocolate egg hunt. Because the Tudor’s didn’t have Easter Eggs, and instead celebrated with Hot Cross Buns this fantastic National Trust property has hidden buns inside the house for you and your family to find! So if the weather turns a bit wet this Easter you don’t have to miss out on your Easter Egg Hunt. Head over to the Tenby Tudor Merchant’s House!

Indulge in Chocolate-y Treats!
For many people Easter is synonymous with Chocolate! If you’re a chocoholic we would happily recommend a visit to the Wickedly Welsh Chocolate Company’s factory and shop in nearby Haverfordwest. Indulge in a chocolate treat, watch a chocolate demonstration or just take a look at their wondrous chocolate deli! It’s a treat for all the family but adults, why not have a look and capture that old ‘kid in a sweet shop’ feeling again!

Carew Castle Falconry
Get hands on with some fabulous fowls! If you’ve ever fancied getting up close and personal with a hawk, eagle or an owl then this is the day out for you. Carew Castle are hosting a falconry day over the Easter weekend (alongside their own Easter Egg Hunt, and bushcraft courses) so why not head over and learn all about these majestic birds of prey.
